            #06-18 – Bond Ordinance providing for improvement of the sanitary sewerage system in and by the

                          Township of North Brunswick, in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey, appropriating $250,000

                          to be funded entirely by the Capital Improvement Fund, therefore, not requiring the authorization

                          of Bids or Notes of the Township for financing the cost thereof.

 

#06-19– Bond Ordinance providing for capital improvements for and by the Township of North Brunswick,

              in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey, appropriating the aggregate amount of $200,000 therefor

             and authorizing the issuance of not exceeding $190,000 in Bonds or Notes of the Township to finance

             part of the cost thereof.

             

#06-20 - An amendment to add one (1) handicapped parking zone pursuant to subsection 227-8.1

              schedule "A" of Chapter 227 entitled "Parking" of the Code of the Township of North Brunswick.

 

#06-21 - An Ordinance authorizing a land exchange between the Board of Education of the Township of

              North Brunswick and the Township of North Brunswick for the expansion of Parsons Elementary

              School and to provide the Township with additional lands for future public recreation and

              conservation purposes.

 

#06-22 - An Ordinance authorizing a land exchange between the Board of Education of the Township of

               North Brunswick and the Township of North Brunswick for the assemblage of lands to construct

              a public library or other valid public purposes and to expand the lands comprising Linwood

              Middle School.

 

#06-23 - An Ordinance to establish a Cap Bank

 

#06-24 - An Ordinance of the Township Council of North Brunswick amending and fixing the salary

              and wages for various officials and employees of the Township of North Brunswick and providing

              for the manner of payment thereof.

 

Ordinance / Second Reading / Public Hearing:

            #06-15 – Bond Ordinance providing for capital improvements for and by the Township of

                          North Brunswick, in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey, appropriating the aggregate

                          amount of $6,200,000 therefor and authorizing the issuance of $5,890,000 in Bonds or Notes

                          of the Township to finance part of the cost thereof.

 

            #06-16– Bond Ordinance providing for improvement of the water distribution system in and by the Township

 of North Brunswick, in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey, appropriating $1,500,000 therefor

 and authorizing the issuance of $1,500,000 bonds or notes of the Township for financing the

            #06-17 - An Ordinance of the Township of North Brunswick in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey, to

                         acquire, by purchase or condemnation, two temporary construction easements and one permanent

                         easement over a portion of the property known as Block 148-2, Lot 52, on the Official Tax Maps of the

                         Township of North Brunswick, Middlesex County, New Jersey, to facilitate the installation, maintenance

 and repair of a Sanitary Sewer System and Appurtenances to service the North Brunswick Community     Park.
