The mission of the North Brunswick Township Rent & Mobile Home Board is to carry out with professional etiquette the duties and responsibilities of the North Brunswick Township Rent Control Ordinance. Being fair, honest and trust worthy in our own deliberations with all those who come before the board. In essence, the purpose of this "Board" is to arbitrate disputes between parties whether they be landlord, tenant and / or mobile home renters and owners.
